Independent Kosovo:Four years later

Today the Kosovo Albanians are celebrating the fourth anniversary of the independence of Kosovo which was proclaimed on this day,Kosovo Serbs which live in the North of the country do not recognize the independence of the country because it is illegal and a violation of the 1244 Resolution adopted by the UN and the Kumanovo Agreement which ended the Kosovo War,but the International Community which is represented through KFOR doesn’t seem to care about anything and literally gave the power to a government which is corrupt,is making business with criminal organizations and gives shelter to armed Islamic terrorists.

In the four years of the independence of Kosovo nothing new happened,while the Albanian population hoped that right after the independence the economic situation will get better,the Serbian population hoped that the International Court of Justice will reverse the independence of the country and eventually return Kosovo to Serbia,but it ruled that the “independence” of Kosovo is under international law “legal”.So much for sanity in the International Community which in the beginning supported the Serbian claims on Kosovo,but in the end has betrayed the Serbs and gave a part of Serbian territory to Albanian criminals and Islamic terrorists which work hand in hand to get rid of the last Serbs living in Kosovo.

The economic situation in Kosovo is far from good besides that it has the second largest reserves of coal in Europe,but those reserves are unused due to corruption,half of the population lives in poverty and it is unemployed,most of the economy is made on the black market and smuggling goods,the country largely depends of the diaspora which lives in Austria and Germany and on the help from the International Community.Besides coal Kosovo is rich with lead,zinc,silver,copper,cobalt,iron,nickel,bauxite and lignite,but due to widespread corruption those resources are unused.Also the country has signed a number of free trade agreements,it has a negative trade balance because industry in non-existent and doesn’t have anything to export.

But Kosovo has something to export and that is something which they mustn’t be proud of,that is Islamic terrorism.For years warnings appeared that Kosovo might become a base for Islamic terrorism,but no one paid attention.The case of Atif Uka which killed two US soldiers in Frankfurt,Germany has shocked the public and raised questions of the game which the government in Priština plays with the West.One of the men involved in the Fort Dix plot is Agron Abdullahu which is Kosovo Albanian which lived in New Jersey and three years ago was released from prison because he had a minor role in the plot,but it was enough to suspect that Kosovo is increasingly becoming a base for Islamic terrorism.Recently in Tampa,Florida Sami Osmakac which is an immigrant from Kosovo was arrested because he planned to bomb nightclubs in that city.Not just Osmakac was engaged in armed Islamist activities,but he made a number of videos in which called non-Muslims to convert to Islam and attacked a street preacher and was arrested,but it was released until the police arrested him again but this time that he planned a terrorist attack.

Most of the mosques in Kosovo were rebuilt by the money which Saudi charities have sent to the government in Priština which contributed to the rise of Islamism across Kosovo which day by day is growing while the International Community is blaming the Serbs for most of the problems in Kosovo.

So what is the government in Priština and the International Community doing to neutralize this threat?Nothing.It was also revealed that the Kosovo Liberation Army participated in organ harvesting of innocent Serbian civilians during the Kosovo War,but the International Community is again giving a free pass to the government officials in Priština which participated in war crimes against Serbs,since there is no will persecute the former soldiers of the KLA which are protected like an endangered breed.

Since the independence of Kosovo is controversial,only 87 countries have recognized the independence of the country,while a number of countries stated that it will never recognize an independent Kosovo because either they have problems with their own separatist movement or because it was proclaimed in an illegal way.But Kosovo has become a poster boy for Muslim separatist movements and model which Muslims in the West might use for their own purposes.

But the independence of Kosovo is the biggest scam of all and after four years of its “independence” Kosovo is actually becoming another nation building failure like Iraq and Afghanistan.
